Dedicated to anyone who died to Ornstein and Smough over and over.

Work on “Spears and Hammers” began in early 2018. I was fortunate enough to meet some like minded musicians at MAGFest that year, which energized me to work on some new material after releasing “World Warriors” at the end of 2017. I met Roque Cuellar, who is a goddamned monster on drums, through our mutual friend Charles “Vinidios” Tarango, who can wrestle a bass like Zangief wrestling a grizzly bear. We shared ideas on what songs we could work on, and I went to work on arranging the tracks as best I could. This project took close to a year to finish, and represents VGM spanning two decades and many consoles.
